• The prices are per person per day, in €;
• We do not charge pets. They are welcome;
• We offer daily fresh bread service from the family owned bakery, which lies in the same building;
• The apartments can be accessed from 14.00 at arrival day until 10.00 at departure day;
• Smoking in the apartments is strictly forbidden

The apartments have:

• TV-Sat;
• Bed-linen and bath towels;
• Dishes, cutlery and kitchenware.

The price includes:

• Weekly change of bed-linen and bath towels;
• Daily and final cleaning;
• Numbered garage place for free.

The local tax of 1,10 € per person/per day (over 14 jears)

Final cleaning:

The final cleaning costs are included in the total price

Reservation:

The reservation is confirmed after the payment of a deposit  ( Residence Ploner di Ploner Albert Srl - Micurá de Rü 24 - 39030 San Cassiano (BZ) IBAN IT42 Z030 6958 1831 0000 0000 057 - SWIFT-BIC: BCITITMM );

Cancellation conditions (art. 1382 and 1341 of the Italian Civil Code):

• Cancellation up to 3 months before the arrival: return of the deposit;
• Cancellation from 3 months to 4 weeks before the arrival: loss of the deposit;
• In case of delayed arrival or early departure, the total price of the whole reserved stay is charged.
