• The prices are per person per day in €;
• We charge euro 9,00 per day for pets. They are Welcome;
• In the same building you find bakery and food shop;
• The apartments can be accessed from 2 pm at arrival day until 9 am at departure day;
• Smoking in the apartments is strictly forbidden;

The apartments have:

• TV-Sat;
• Bed-linen and bath towels;
• Dishes, cutlery and kitchenware.

The price includes:

• Weekly change of bed-linen and bath towels;
• Daily floor cleaning and final cleaning;
• Numbered garage place for free;

The local tax of 2,30 € per person/per day is not included in the rental price for the apartments (over 14 years);

Final cleaning:

The final cleaning costs are included in the total price;

Reservation:

The reservation is confirmed after the payment of a deposit that we request with a written e-mail to our guests ( Residence Ploner di Ploner Albert Srl - Micurá de Rü 24 - 39030 San Cassiano (BZ) IBAN IT42 Z030 6958 1831 0000 0000 057 - SWIFT-BIC: BCITITMM );

You will be informed about the deposit payment and the booking will be confirmed with a written e-mail from us;

The deposit will not be returned in case of cancellation of the booking from side of our guests.
