• The prices are per person per day in €;
• Pets are Welcome, we request € 9 per day;
• We offer daily fresh bread in our from the family owned bakery, which lies in the same building;
• The apartments can be accessed from 2 pm at arrival day until 9 am at departure day;
• Smoking in the apartments is strictly forbidden;

The apartments have:

• TV-Sat;
• Bed-linen and bath towels;
• Dishes, cutlery and kitchenware;

The price includes:

• Weekly change of bed-linen and bath towels;
• Daily cleaning between 11 am and final cleaning;
• Energy and taxes, except Local Tax of 2,30 Euro per person per day excluding children under 14;
• Numbered garage place for free;
• Free wifi;

Final cleaning:

The final cleaning costs are included in the total price;

Reservation:

The reservation is confirmed after the payment of a deposit: (Bank Intesa Sanpaolo) to ALBERTO PLONER SRL - IBAN: IT98K0306958243100000003796 - SWIFT-BIC: BCITITMMXXX

We DON'T accept payments with cash and American Express creditcard;

Cancellation conditions (art. 1382 and 1341 of the Italian Civil Code):

• Cancellation up to 3 months before the arrival: return of the deposit;
• Cancellation from 3 months to 4 weeks before the arrival: loss of the deposit;
• In case of delayed arrival or early departure, the total price of the whole reserved stay is charged.
